SIP: Multiple endpoints with same id

Currently it's impossible to register different devices with the same SIP id, as the latter registration always overwrites the first one.

This gives away one of the big advantages of SIP: Go to a different location, register and get your calls also there. Currently this doesn't work if your device in the old place keeps re-registering.

As another advantage of the new approach here, there would be less credentials needed.
